I wonder if you are nervous of what other people think of you, something I battled against in the early days.

So, I forced myself to form an opinion of other people I could see when out and about. Then, I asked myself, how have my thoughts changed the life of that person over there I’ve just judged? The answer was, not at all because they can’t read my mind. Therefore, if some random person has their own thoughts about you, it need not make any difference because unless you ask them, they won’t share it with you. The message is, don’t care what other people think. I know, easy to say and not so easy to put into practice but it helped me.
